Higher Education Programs and Issues - Dennis has developed expertise in a number of areas, including performance assessment, academic program evaluation, curriculum development, grant writing and the use of instructional technology in the classroom as well as through distance delivery. He is available to engage in research and analysis or undertake consulting projects on these and related topics. Dennis also has been employed in a number of practical settings which enables him to enrich instruction with theoretical perspectives from graduate study in combination with insight from experience. In addition to many years of experience in policy-making levels within higher education, Dennis has been employed by the NYS Legislature, the NYS Department of Transportation as well as the NYS Social Development Planning Commission. He also has been involved in politics at the state and local levels.
