| Dennis and Deb were
visited by Tami, Sarah and Danny Loya in early December - the visit
included a trip to NYC - and D & D also visited the Loyas at their
home outside of Troy for Christmas. Later in the month and in early
January, 2011 D & D traveled to Florida to the Condo and made their
annual trek to Naples. The pictures below a capture some of the
excitement and rewards for these trips. |
The trip to NYC featured attendance at the Nutcracker by the NYC Ballet Company (at the Lincoln Center) for Sarah, Tami and Deb and a trip to the Central Park Zoo for Dennis and Danny. The picture to the right, shows Tami and Sarah in the audience at the Lincoln Center. |

It is part of the Loya tradition for the holdays for Tami to construct a Gingerbread house. Dennis (Papa Bear as he is known by Sarah and Danny) always threatens to take a huge bite out of the tasty looking house before it is authorized. In this picture, the time has arrived for the first bites to occur by Dennis and Danny as Sarah watches in the background. |

| During most of their trips
to the Condo in Ft. Myers, FL a day usually is set aside for a drive
down to Naples - a small city 30 miles South of Ft. Myers known as
the"old money " community on the Florida Gulf Coast. Two features of
this venture each year are a visit to the Naples Pier and lunch as
Campiellos - a wonderful Italian restaurant with outside seating under
a speading Banyan tree. The pictures below show Dennis and Deb on the pier and then near their table at Campiellos. |
