Summary of Professional Experience:

 

          Over 30 years of experience in housing and community development program and project development, implementation and oversight. Experience includes proposal and grant writing, feasibility analysis, financial projections, budget preparation, needs analysis, project and program execution and policy development specializing in rural/suburban communities. Track record for funding awards over the last six years (City of Anaheim, CA; Town of Poughkeepsie and Westchester County in NYS) totals over $10 million in federal, state and private funding – almost every proposal requested received full funding.

 

Scope of Services Available:

 

  • Identify and research federal, state and private funding sources that can be utilized for community projects and programs.

 

  • Review potential sources with client to determine suitability for funding client’s projects or programs.

 

  • Prepare application documents for execution by the client CEO, or designee.

 

  • Identify and request from the client any required official or technical documents such as SEQRA analysis, engineering plans, permits necessary for submission of funding proposals.

 

  • Provide Technical Assistance, as needed and able, to Client for coordination of official/technical documents.

 

  • Coordinate replication and packaging of proposals with client, to be submitted directly to the funding entities by the Town Planning Office.

 

  • Work with client to develop an additional scope of services, if needed, upon project/program funding for implementation and completion of the project/program.
